Refund Policy

At EcoTrailBikes.ca we are committed to your satisfaction. You can return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery unless marked as non-returnable.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@ecotrailbikes.ca. Approved returns will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Canceled Online Orders

• Before Shipment: Orders are processed quickly, typically within 24-48 hours. Cancellations before shipment incur a 3% administration fee.
• After Shipment: If an order has already shipped, it must follow our return procedure. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for refused shipments will deduct the original shipping cost, return postage, and a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the original item and, after acceptance, make a new purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
